CONTRACT CONDITIONS

1. GUESTS ALLOWED

For safety reasons, the residence can only accommodate children over the age of 8. Children under the age of 8 are therefore not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.

2. MINIMUM STAY:

In the following periods the minimum stay is 3 nights:
1.1.-28.6.2024
1.9.2024 - 31.12.2024

In the following periods the minimum stay is 7 nights:
29.6.-31.8.2024
In some cases it is possible to rent shorter periods than one week after a price agreement.

3. PRICE

The prices are per night and include all supplementary costs. The objects are completely furnished (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, induction hob, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster, safe, hairdryer) and equipped with TV, Wi-Fi Internet, heating and air conditioning; bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided and also a pool towel for person is furnished. Possible change of linen for fee must be agreed by e-mail info@residenceconcaverde.com

4. PAYMENT MODALITIES

Down payment: The reservation will be accepted with written confirmation. The 30% deposit must be paid by bank transfer to:

The payment of the down payment implies automatically the acceptance of all conditions indicated in the present document.

Balance: The balance, together with the tourist tax, must be paid in cash by the check-in at the delivery of the keys.

5. CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation of the reservation the down payment will be retained as penalty. If the clients decide to leave earlier or arrive later than the reserved period, there will be no reimbursement or discount.

6. DELIVERY OF KEYS
The keys will be handed over on arrival between 3 and 6 PM by the owner Schirru Pietruccia (first house after the ramp after the residence) after full payment (including tourist tax) and must be returned until 10.00 AM on departure's day (leave the keys in the apartment). On arrival at the residence car park, you can contact us by phone on 0039 0323 72293 or 0039 333 1629544. Please inform us in good time of your approximate time of arrival and departure.
For check-in you must present a valid identification document (identity card or passport). To make faster all bureaucratic procedures and to lose less time as possible on arrival, we offer the convenient online check-in procedure: we will send you a link with a form to fill in with your data (name and surname; date of birth, country and commune of birth; citizenship; country and commune of residence; type and number of document; country and commune of issue of the document).

7. DUTY OF DUE DILIGENCE 

The clients must treat the rented apartment and the furnitures with care. We are aware that it may happen that you unintentionally damage something, but please inform us immediately, so that we can intervene to ensure a good stay for subsequent guests. Any damage caused will have to be paid by the client who made the reservation. 
Please keep all rooms clean and tidy and turn off lights, TV and air conditioners when you are away from your apartment.
Do not throw objects other than toilet paper into the toilet.
On the day of departure please tidy up the kitchen, including dishes, plates, cutlery, etc. Rubbish collection is compulsory. Please take all rubbish (plastic, paper, glass, organic and undifferentiated rubbish) to the rubbish bins on the bend at the entrance to the residence.

8. SWIMMINGPOOL AND COMMON AREAS 

The pool has seasonal opening depending on weather and temperatures, approx. from 1.5.2024 to 30.9.2024.
Use of the pool is permitted exclusively for guests of the facility from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day except except for a couple of hours a week due to garden maintenance. The maintenance of the garden and therefore the closing of the pool will be decided from week to week depending on the weather conditions and the availability of the gardener. The swimming pool is not guarded and the residence owners therefore accept no liability.
It's forbidden to use grills and barbecues in the common areas and ald also in the private terraces/gardens/balconies/portico.
In the garden during the night, the irrigation system comes into operation.
In order to ensure the safety of all, a video surveillance system is in operation 24 hours a day.

9. RULES OF CONDUCT

Behaviour, activities, games and the use of equipment that cause disturbance to other guests must be avoided at all times in the residence. Adults are responsible for the behaviour of minors in their care (including when using the swimming pool). Behaviour that does not damage the peace and quiet of others must be maintained at all times.
Guests are not allowed to let other people inside the residence and the flats.
Smoking and the use of drugs are prohibited in the apartments.
For your own safety, please lock your accommodation and make sure the windows are closed when you leave the apartment; please also close the sun umbrellas when you leave the apartment to prevent that a sudden storm damaging them.
